Canongate purchased, as the sponsor and principal of the transaction, this $22M asset and subsequently provided to the joint-venture asset management services as well as owner’s representative services during a 12-month capital improvement program. Canongate sold its interest in Silvana Oaks two years after acquisition, delivering its partners and investors greater than a 2x equity multiple.
