At approximately 244,000 square feet, The Cigar Factory is the largest office and retail mixed-use redevelopment project on the peninsula. The property is on the National Register of Historic Places. Capitalized by senior and mezzanine loans as well as state and federal tax credits, the project’s total cost was approximately $50M.
